As anxiety is an autonomous mechanism of the organism, it is necessary to learn to understand and face it.
In addition to food, breathing is one of the main ways to control anxiety and in cases of crisis it is essential to focus attention on breathing consciously in order to regain balance and stay calm.
In this course, I will share recipes, relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, rituals to relax the mind and body and some tricks that will help you in moments of more anxiety.
