Chia, coconut and lime pudding

Ingredients:

3 dessert spoons of chia seeds

150 ml of coconut milk

1 1 tablespoon of Agave syrup

1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed

3 dessert spoons of grated coconut

Zest of 1 lime

A fruit of your choice for topping

Chia is a natural intestinal moisturizer and, together with linseed, it helps our body to become lighter and without a bloated belly. Chia puddings are great allies in the process of losing weight and also for people suffering from constipation.

Recipe:

In a bowl, combine the chia seeds with the coconut milk and stir.

Add the agave syrup, the ground flaxseed, 3 dessert spoons of grated coconut.

Mix all the ingredients really well.

Finish with the lime zest, and, as topping, laminate the chosen fruit and add.
