Product shipping and shipping charges

Once the payment is confirmed, we start preparing your order.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Heads up:

Every time that an order leave our facilities, orders go through our quality department to ensure product excellence. Upon shipment, they are properly packaged and protected.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or damaged orders. However, we will always help the customer to resolve the situation in the best way.

So that we can help you, please email backoffice@tmchealthlab.com and place your order number in the title of your email. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping fees:

Portugal: 3.50€

Madeira / Azores: 16€

Spain: 14€

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Sweden: 29€

United Kingdom: 34€

This cost is the cost charged to us by the company we work with.

*International packages are subject to taxes and customs fees that are not calculated at check-out. We have no control over additional fees charged upon delivery. Our advice is for you to find out about possible costs with Customs in your country.

Do you offer shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free on orders over €60 and only for Portugal.

Delivery time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days after payment confirmation of your purchase. Orders placed on the weekend will only be processed on the Monday immediately following.

We normally ship on Tuesday and Friday, with the product being delivered to the customer on the next working day (only for shipments in Portugal):

  • Portugal – 1 to 5 working days;
  • Madeira / Azores – 48 to 96 hours;
  • International – 5 to 8 workingdays;

There may be delays, which are unrelated to us, and that is why these numbers may not correspond to reality.

Pay attention to some details when your order is delivered:

If your parcel is damaged (torn, wet, half-open) or you feel that the contents of the parcel are damaged, do not open the envelope and contact the carrier.

We cannot redirect orders after shipment, so make sure that someone can receive your order at the shipping address specified.

Choose an address where there is always someone who can accept your order.

All orders delivered by the Carrier are delivered in person. If the carrier cannot find the address or if there is no one at the address to receive the order, you will be contact.

If there is no one at the address provided to accept the order, the customer must contact the carrier to schedule a new delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Devolution

Returns of items eligible for return are accepted within 14 days of receipt. In case of return, the items must be returned unopened and unused, with everything as shipped, in its original packaging. Return charges are at the customer’s expense and you must ensure that the item is properly packed. We are not responsible for damage caused due to inadequate, damaged or lost packaging. If we receive the items damaged, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Your refund will be made as soon as we assess the condition of the item.

Before proceeding with your return, please send us an email to backoffice@tmchealthlab.com and in the subject place RETURN and your order number.

In the email, explain to us the reason for your return.

Exchanges

If you received a different order than what you purchased, please contact our team so we can help.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received and want to exchange for another product, please send us an email to backoffice@tmchealthlab.com and in the subject place EXCHANGE and your order number. In the email, explain us the reason for your exchange.

After evaluating your case, if the exchange is accepted, the additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges can only be made between articles of the same category.

Refund

If your refund request is accepted, the request is processed immediately and may take 2 to 5 working days to be refunded.
